No version of NT allows remote access to the serial device.
If you have an IP connection to the NT box, and have installed a Unix
like Telnet daemon, you can run Kermit-95 on the NT machine to dial
out the serial ports as if you were sitting at the console. However,
you cannot use Kermit to transfer data across the Telnet session.
You may also setup Kermit-95 on the NT machine to accept incoming IP
connections which may be used for file transfer, but those connections
may not be used to access the serial ports simultaneously.
